Is this a real bank?
No. Alpha Finance is a full banking and investment platform. Explore accounts, deposits, trading, settings, and admin approvals from one place.
How do deposits work?
In the user app, open Deposit from the dashboard or Accounts. Choose Bank Transfer (you get platform account details and a reference) or Crypto (BTC, ETH, or USDT with a deposit address). Submitting creates a pending deposit that appears in the Admin console for Approve / Reject.
Can I deposit crypto and fiat?
Yes. Bank transfers are in USD. Crypto deposits support Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20), and USDT. Always match the network shown for the asset.
Where do live prices come from?
BTC and ETH prices and charts use the public CoinGecko API. AAPL uses Yahoo Finance public chart data. If an API is unavailable, the chart falls back to a short simulation so the UI keeps working offline.
What can admins do?
Deposits and withdrawals are reviewed by Alpha Finance operations before funds are credited or sent. You’ll receive an in-app notification when a request is approved or rejected.
How do I save withdrawal details?
In the user app, open Settings. Update your profile, bank account for withdrawals (name, routing, account number, SWIFT), and crypto wallet addresses (BTC, ETH/ERC-20, USDT, Solana, or custom).
Is my data saved?
Session data for deposits is stored securely in your browser so the app and admin console stay in sync. Clearing site data resets local session data.
How do I contact support?
Visit the Support page to open a ticket, or email support@alphacredits.org. Admins can review open tickets in the Admin console under Support. Our website is alphacredits.org.
