Frequently asked questions

No. Alpha Credits is a CeFi (centralized finance) platform — banking, deposits, and investing in one place. It is not a licensed bank in every region; contact support to verify yours. A DeFi experience is coming soon and is not live yet.

CeFi means centralized finance: your Checking, Savings, and Brokerage balances are 1:1 ledger records on Alpha, and deposits or withdrawals are reviewed before funds move. DeFi (on-chain wallets, swaps, yield) is coming soon. Until then, everything you see in the app is CeFi.

In the user app, open Deposit from the dashboard or Accounts. Choose Bank Transfer (you get platform account details and a reference) or Crypto (BTC, ETH, or USDT with a deposit address). Submitting creates a pending deposit that appears in the Admin console for Approve / Reject.

Yes. Bank transfers are in USD. Crypto deposits support Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20), and USDT. Register your sending wallet in Settings first, then send only from that wallet and match the network shown for the asset.

BTC and ETH prices use live crypto feeds (Binance). Stocks such as AAPL use Yahoo Finance public data. If a feed is down, the chart shows a short local fallback so the screen still works.

Deposits and withdrawals are reviewed by Alpha Credits operations before funds are credited or sent. You’ll receive an in-app notification when a request is approved or rejected.

In the user app, open Settings. Update your profile, bank account for withdrawals (name, routing, account number, SWIFT), and register crypto wallet addresses (BTC, ETH/ERC-20, USDT, Solana). Crypto deposits must be sent only from a wallet you have registered. Sending from multiple or unregistered wallets is against our Terms and can lead to a refused credit or a restricted account.

Yes. Register the wallet you will send from in Settings before depositing crypto. Send only from that registered wallet, on the network shown in Deposit. Using several wallets, an unregistered address, or a wallet linked to scams is against policy and we may hold, refuse, or restrict the account.

Standard accounts can send up to $10,000 per transaction and $25,000 per day. After your identity is verified, open Profile and request a withdrawal-limit upgrade to $50,000 per transaction. Premium accounts already sit at $50,000 single / $100,000 daily. Amounts of $10,000 or more may still be reviewed (AML). An upgrade does not skip operator review.

Sometimes. In special circumstances we may offer a subsidized fee or a promotional credit during an announced event. Each offer lasts 24 hours. You may use one per calendar month and at most three per calendar year. The typical subsidy is 50%. Unused offers expire. A subsidy is discretionary and does not guarantee a withdrawal. Details are in the Terms.

Account data (profile, balances, deposits, withdrawals) is stored in Alpha’s cloud ledger so you see the same figures on any device after you sign in. Clearing this browser does not erase your account. Support tickets are stored for operations and emailed to support@alphacredits.org.
