This policy describes how Alpha Credits (“we”) collect, use, and share information when you use alphacredits.org and the Alpha dashboard.
To operate your dashboard, authenticate you, send security and product emails, review deposits and withdrawals, verify identity, match crypto deposits to registered wallets, screen wallets for scam or illicit activity, enforce limits, process withdrawal-limit upgrades, record promotional subsidies or credits when offered, detect fraud, improve the product, and comply with law. Transactional email is sent through our email provider. Browser push alerts are sent only if you enable them in Settings.
We use infrastructure providers: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), outbound email (Resend), live chat (Smartsupp), and market data sources (including Binance and Yahoo Finance for public prices). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or asset transfer. Operators of the Alpha admin console can see account, KYC, and money-movement records needed to run the platform.
We keep account and transaction records while your account is open and for a period afterward as needed for audits, disputes, and legal obligations. KYC files are kept for the life of the review and as required by compliance. You may request deletion of your account; we may retain records we are required to keep.
Passwords are stored as SHA-256 hashes and, where linked, in Supabase Auth. Admin access uses a server-signed session token with lockout after failed attempts. No system is perfectly secure. Use a unique password and change the default PIN.
You can update profile, bank, and registered wallet details in Settings. You can disable browser push. You can contact support@alphacredits.org to request a copy or correction of account data, or account closure. Marketing email is not a core part of the Service; transactional mail (security codes, deposit/withdrawal notices) is required to operate the account.
Our processors may store data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country.
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
