Alpha Credits is a CeFi (centralized finance) platform. A DeFi (decentralized finance) experience is coming soon and is not live yet. Alpha is not a licensed bank in every region — please contact support to verify your region. It is also not a licensed broker-dealer, investment adviser, or money transmitter unless we separately tell you in writing. Balances shown in Checking, Savings, and Brokerage are 1:1 ledger records on our CeFi platform. They are not SIPC-protected. We have no affiliation with any government or state-sponsored program. The platform is privately owned and encrypted for safety. Virtual card numbers in the app are view-only. When DeFi launches, it will carry extra smart-contract and key-management risk and will be described before it goes live.
Prices, charts, watchlists, and alerts are informational. Feeds (including Binance and Yahoo Finance) may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Asset values can fall, sometimes to zero. Past figures, marketing totals, and simulated or historical performance are not a promise of return. Do not treat app numbers as investment advice.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you send on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or the wrong asset, funds may be unrecoverable. Always match the asset, network, QR code, and address shown in Deposit before sending. Network congestion, forks, or chain outages can delay credit. We credit crypto deposits only after review, not at the moment you broadcast a transaction.
You must register your sending wallet in Settings and send only from that registered wallet. Deposits from unregistered wallets, from multiple wallets, or from wallets linked to scams or other illicit activity may be refused, held, or result in account restriction. See the Terms of Service (registered crypto wallets).
Bank wires and ACH-style transfers can be delayed, returned, or recalled by the sending bank. Incorrect account, routing, or SWIFT details are your responsibility. Incoming deposits are credited only after operator review. Outgoing bank and wire withdrawals go to the details you saved in Settings. We may hold, reverse, or refuse a request that appears fraudulent, sanctioned, or over limit.
Standard accounts: single outgoing transaction up to $10,000 and daily withdrawals up to $25,000. Premium accounts: $50,000 single and $100,000 daily. Verified members may request a $50,000 per-transaction withdrawal upgrade in Profile. Amounts of $10,000 or more may be flagged for enhanced review (AML). We may require government ID and proof of address (KYC) before approving withdrawals or raising limits. Pending review, rejected documents, or a suspended account can delay or block access to funds. Approval of KYC is not guaranteed. An upgraded limit still goes through operator review.
Occasional fee subsidies or credits may be offered during announced events. Each grant lasts 24 hours. One per member per calendar month, three per calendar year. The typical rate is 50%. Offers expire unused. A subsidy is discretionary and does not guarantee that a withdrawal or deposit will be released. See the Terms (subsidies).
Service can be interrupted by hosting, database, email, or chat outages. Reviews, holds, and suspensions may delay access. You are responsible for keeping your password and transaction PIN private. Set your own PIN on first sign-in. Anyone with your login and PIN can move funds. We will never ask for your password in live chat. Phishing sites and fake support accounts are a real risk; use alphacredits.org only.
We rely on hosting, database, outbound email, live chat, and market-data providers. Their failures can delay notices, logins, or price updates. Browser push alerts only fire if you enable them and your device allows them. Email delivery is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for taxes and reporting in your jurisdiction. Sanctions, fraud, and money-laundering rules apply. We may freeze or close accounts to comply with law or to protect the platform. This disclosure is not legal, tax, or investment advice.
